Santa Claus, a good present for me!!

 Emil Santa

Christmas is near! There are many presents to be received. There is one gift I’ve been yearning for many years, I would like to receive it this year. It is a Apple Macbook pro with Core i7 processor and Mac osx 4.1 software. After losing my anger on my last super computer and putting sorrow on it, I think I suffered enough with a unstable computer to receive a nice and sleek laptop that can handle my uses.    As of right now, I have a Toshiba A665 with a core i7 processor (monster edition) and Windows 7 ultimate. I enjoy gaming and typing on this computer’s comfortable and wavy keyboard. I also love the beautiful graphics that enhance my visual sightings by a lot. But, I hate the color. It has a black scheme with padding on the tip of the screen. The feel of it annoys me more than anything about the computer, it has little bumps that give you an illusion as if you were touching a road. Overall, the computer is good but not great. But, the Apple laptop is compatible with DJ equipment so I can remake my music or music from itunes on Garage band that simplifies making music by a lot.    I take buying powerful electronics very seriously. The reason for this is that some can be extremely pricey and some can be hard to find. I usually spend a whole day sitting on my computer doing homework, playing games, or writing stories that I add to my computer journal. My computer is part of my life that i will carry on until I become a adult and probably use in my job as an architect. To add to my collection I bought a Razer Naga 5600 dpi mouse. It glows a blue color with LED lights. It is a super mouse that will match my super computer.    I realize you have a lot of orders for this and that, but, I am really looking forward to waking up and walking down stairs to be staring at a box saying Apple on it. This gift would benefit me and my family of expression to create anything we want on that computer and make our dreams come true. I don’t know what else to do to persuade you to make that gift sit under my Christmas tree on Christmas morning. I want to thank you for the gifts you gave me in the past, I dearly enjoyed them!

Sincerely,
Emil Kowalski

Thanksgiving parade

Many people recognize the Macy's parade as the main parade of Thanksgiving. But, in Plymouth Massachusetts there is another important Thanksgiving parade called America's Hometown parade. This parade began in 1996 and is traditionally held on the weekend before Thanksgiving. People came up with the name for it by thinking about the Plymouth colony that was the arriving point of the Pilgrims that took part of the "First Thanksgiving". America's Hometown parade is not like all others.America's Hometown parade is strict about the decorations and floats. It doesn't have or allow huge blow-up balloons of famous characters like the Macy's parade. In exchange of that it has element's based on the history of The United States.and arranged in chronological order. At the beginning, bands start off the parade. Later on in the parade  colonial era floats that have turkeys and all kinds of things drive past the people. At the end, to make it a little more entertaining, they have modern dancers perform that end the glorious parade.

Gratitude

       Emil Kowalski
There is many things to be grateful for. But the most important to me is my health, and my families health. I find it the most important because if your health is bad your whole character changes and sometimes health affects your mood so you can’t do things you like. Another thing I am grateful for is video games. It all started with a paper looking Mario and Luigi, then onto a awesome graphic war game. Video games are what I do when I finish my homework and no ones outside. It’s one of my dearest hobbies that I dearly enjoy! I have gratitude in everything I do and in these I put the most I can!
